Ahead of the Rolex Grand Prix at Piazza di Siena in Rome, we caught up with British rider Adrian Whiteway to talk about life behind the scenes at the top level; from keeping horses happy and healthy, to producing his stallion Chacco Volo from a 4YO to 5* level, and what 12-year-old Adrian would think of it all now.
